Name your hospital. Pick the hospital, surgery center or clinic and your care date, or "Not scheduled yet". Join as the patient or as a caregiver.
Confirm your email. We email you a link. Open it and you are signed in. There is no password to remember.
See rates and book. Rates open at hotels within about 10 miles, for stays from two weeks before your date to four months after.
When you book, you pay the hotel total on your own card, on a secure form. Your bank may ask you to approve it with a text code or in its app.
Hotels sell some rates through wholesale channels on one condition: those rates may be shown only to signed-in members of a closed group, never on a public page. Carepassage+ is that group, and the reason you are in it is the trip you are making for care.

No. The account is free for patients and caregivers. You pay only for a room you choose to book, on your own card.
No. The rate you see on a hotel is the total you pay at checkout, and nothing is added between the hotel card and payment. If a hotel collects a local tax or fee itself at the front desk, we show it before you pay. Parking and the refundable incidentals hold a hotel places at check-in are separate, and we remind you about the hold before you go.
We do not promise that. A patient hotel rate is a different kind of rate, not a guaranteed price. Compare it with the hotel's own site and with any patient rate your hospital has arranged, for the same room, dates and cancellation terms, and book whichever suits you.
No. A hospital patient rate is arranged by the hospital with particular hotels, and you ask the hotel for it by the hospital's name. Carepassage+ patient hotel rates are a different thing: they are shown to you inside your Carepassage+ account. It is worth asking your hospital about its own rates too.
