The kit includes a co-brandable one-pager you can drop your logo onto, a 60-second intro script to paste into an email, and a sample plan-sponsor report. Co-brand the one-pager, send the script, point the client at the TPA page, and copy us so we can track the referral.

We handle the demo, BAA review, and done-for-you onboarding from there, so you stay the trusted advisor without becoming the support desk.

Common questions

Do you pay broker commissions?

No, by design. The free-to-the-TPA model is load-bearing, and redirecting hotel-side commission to a referral fee would mean charging the client or starving the product. What you get is a free differentiating benefit, renewal protection, broker-of-record credit, and roadmap access.

Can I co-brand it for my shop?

Yes. The one-pager is built to be co-branded with your logo and contact. The member-facing platform itself is branded for the TPA, so white-labeling the product is not on the roadmap.

What if my client already has a travel-coordination platform?

Carepassage replaces hand-booking workflows, not enterprise corporate-travel systems. For the vast majority of clients improvising member travel by hand today, it is exactly the fit.
