Carepassage

How many hours is your travel desk burning?

The Time Audit takes three inputs and returns real numbers: the operator hours and payroll your current hotel-booking workflow burns, and what your TPA would reclaim with Carepassage.

What the audit measures

You enter your monthly hotel bookings, the average minutes each booking takes today, and your operator fully-loaded hourly rate. The audit returns annual hours burned, annual payroll spent, and the hours and dollars you would reclaim.

A Priceline-style workflow (clicking through hotel sites, sending a confirmation, building an itinerary by hand) typically runs around 22 minutes per booking. Carepassage collapses that to a few clicks, so the reclaimed time compounds across every member trip.

The other side of the math

The audit also surfaces the member-experience story, which is what plan sponsors notice at renewal. The same members who today get a forwarded confirmation would instead receive a branded itinerary, walking directions, a front-desk script, and six touchpoints before and after the trip.

Your Carepassage cost stays at zero. Nothing leaves your browser unless you opt in to have the audit emailed as a PDF.

Common questions

Is the Time Audit free?

Yes. It runs in your browser in about 60 seconds, and nothing is sent to us unless you choose to receive the results by email.

Where does the 22-minutes-per-booking figure come from?

It is the default for a Priceline-plus-email-plus-manual-itinerary workflow and the baseline from our first customer. You can change it to match your own desk; the audit recalculates from your numbers.

What do I do after I see my numbers?

Book a 20-minute walkthrough where we load a sample of your members and facilities and book a real sandbox hotel end to end, so you see the operator screen, the branded itinerary, and the per-plan report.
