What the branded itinerary contains

The rendered email mirrors the actual booking-confirmation template: your brand header, the hotel block with address and a map link, check-in and check-out dates, and the reservation-holder name.

Beside the branded version, the page shows what a consumer travel site forwards today: a reservation number, a check-in date, and a note to contact the hotel directly. No facility address, no walking distance, no front-desk script, no branding, and no follow-up.

The gap between a forwarded screenshot and a real itinerary is the point. You can have a working version emailed to your inbox, or ask us to set up a sandbox tenant and book a real trip with five of your members.

Common questions

Is this the real email members get?

Yes. The preview uses the same template structure as the live booking-confirmation email, with your inputs substituted in, so what you see is what a member would receive.

Can I send it to my own inbox?

Yes. Enter your work email and we will send a real version of the branded itinerary you configured.

Whose name is the reservation under?

The traveler the room is held under. When the member is a minor traveling with an adult companion, the reservation is held under the accompanying adult so check-in does not fail.
