University Hospital at Downstate is at 445 Lenox Road, between E 35th and E 37th Streets. The building houses Patient Admissions (room A1-352) and the Outpatient Department on the first floor. Source

By subway, take the 2 or 5 train (Flatbush Avenue line) to the Winthrop Street station and stay toward the front of the train. The B-12 and northbound B-44 buses stop at the corner of Clarkson and New York Avenues. Source

Downstate says parking is very limited and encourages public transportation. Patients and visitors can use the daily lot at 324 Winthrop Street, open weekdays 5 am to 10 pm, by showing the lot attendant a scheduled appointment or event document issued by a Downstate department. Space is subject to daily lot capacity. Source

Daily parkers receive a claim check ticket on entry and must pay the same day, by smartphone or at an on-campus payment kiosk. One kiosk is in the 445 Lenox Road lobby. Source
