These Terms govern access to and use of the Carepassage platform by TPAs of self-funded health plans and the individual operators they authorize.
Carepassage is free of charge to TPAs: no subscription, per-seat fee, setup fee, or card on file is required for the platform itself. Our revenue comes from the hotel-booking partner's margin on each booked stay. Hotel reservations are processed through that partner, which acts as Merchant of Record and charges the TPA card; Carepassage does not hold or settle hotel funds.
When a TPA uses the platform with real plan-member data, Carepassage operates as a HIPAA Business Associate, and a signed BAA must be in place before any production member data is loaded. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
