This policy covers the consumer health data Carepassage+ collects: the facility a member is traveling to for care, whether they are the patient or a caregiver, and their approximate care date. It explains why we collect it, who receives it, that we never sell it, and how to access it, delete it, or withdraw consent.
Members can download their data and close their account, which deletes the facilities, dates, name and email on it, from inside their Carepassage+ account at any time. Requests can also be made through our contact form and are answered within 45 days, with a right to appeal.
