Carepassage

Carepassage for food allergy and oral immunotherapy programs.

Oral immunotherapy brings the same family back every few weeks for two to four years. It is a child, at least one parent, often a sibling, and a kitchen they can actually cook in. Carepassage puts that booking inside your program, in your name, at no cost to you.

Why this vertical breaks the usual travel tools

A family avoiding several allergens needs a fridge, a stove and room to prepare safe food for the length of the stay. On a consumer travel site that requirement sits under price and star rating, and getting it wrong means a week of eating badly or a reaction far from home.

What a program-run booking gives you back

Hotels rank by distance to the specific site the family is visiting, then by what this vertical actually needs: extended-stay properties, a real kitchen, and a layout that fits a parent and a child. The family books from a link branded as your program and pays with their own card, with nothing returning to a coordinator to finish.

Properties your families rate well surface first for that site next time, so the knowledge that currently lives with whoever has been there longest becomes something the program owns. And every stay lands on the record, which for most programs is the first view they have had of what their protocol costs a family to attend.

Common questions

Our families stay a week at a time, several times a year. Does that work?

Yes. Stays of roughly one to fourteen nights are the shape this is built for, and repeat visits on a schedule your protocol sets are the easiest kind of travel to support well. A single continuous stay beyond about a month is a housing problem rather than a booking one.

Who pays, and what does it cost us?

The family pays for their own room with their own card, the same as they do today. It costs your program nothing: no subscription, no per-seat fee, no setup cost, no card on file.

What about patient data? We are a covered entity.

We sign a Business Associate Agreement as part of setup, encrypt sensitive fields at rest, log authenticated access, and store no diagnosis or clinical narrative. Only the minimum necessary reaches the hotel. Consumer travel sites will not sign a BAA.
