Paired with six-plus years on our team running member travel inside self-funded health plans, the same gap kept showing up from both sides. A program’s care is organized down to the visit. The trip to reach it is not. The lodging half has always run on a PDF or a travel-guide page on the clinic’s website, maintained by hand, and paid for out of pocket by the family.
Carepassage was built to fill that gap. It plugs into a program as its own travel page, in the program’s name, at no cost to the program, and it turns the part families used to handle alone into something the program gives them.
